Community Partnership of Southern Arizona Implements Managed Care Administration System from HealthTrio™

HealthTrio xpress™ will enable CPSA to enhance their financial management through more efficient claims and payment processing.

Englewood, CO. and Tucson, AZ. – June 8, 2005 - HealthTrio™, a leading provider of e-health and core business solutions for the managed care industry, and Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA), the Regional Behavioral Health Authority for Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima and Santa Cruz counties, today announced that CPSA has implemented HealthTrio xpress™ as its new administrative system.

HealthTrio xpress provides a technology infrastructure that supports a wide variety of health plans including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial and delegated medical groups. HealthTrio xpress will eliminate time consuming manual processes and improve reporting and analysis capabilities for CPSA.

“HealthTrio’s technology platform is flexible and able to conform to our business needs,” said Neal Cash, CEO. “We are also impressed with the track record HealthTrio xpress has for accurate claims processing; fast, custom interfacing; reporting and analysis capabilities; and, fast implementation time.”

In addition to the standard xpress modules, HealthTrio and its partner, Oleen Healthcare Information Management, developed for CPSA custom edits and interfaces required by the Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services.

“This installation, along with the interfaces, was done in record time, less than four months from contract execution through conversion and testing to the live date,” said Pete Peterson, Senior Vice President of HealthTrio.

HealthTrio xpress uses an n-tier client server architecture supporting a user-friendly environment that provides comprehensive resources to managed care organizations. A benchmark study conducted on HealthTrio xpress by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) and Unisys (NYSE:UIS) showed that the system easily scales to support health plans with four million insured lives and 8,000 concurrent users, while maintaining sub-second responses in all functional processes. The system can be implemented as a stand alone application or as a total solution with HealthTrio connect, the industry leading Internet based health management system.
