Implementation is scheduled for early 2006.

HealthTrio connect is a fully integrated e-health solution enabling two-way communication between Fidelis Care and health care providers. Fidelis Care providers will be able to use HealthTrio connect to exchange information quickly and accurately, reducing the need for paper and phone-based transactions. The feature-rich functionality will enable providers to: perform eligibility and benefits inquiries, view and process referrals and authorizations, perform claims status inquiries and claims submissions, and send and receive secure messages.
